i finally managed to download the zip file but the PDF file cannot be opened. a message read:
“there was an error opening this document.the file is damaged and could not be repaired”
can you please help to fix this again? thank you so very much.
p/s: i tried downloading and opening all the zip files above and their PDF files couldn’t be opened.
